Get the fit right the first time.
Method 1: Measure an existing ring
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits the finger you’ll wear the smart ring on.

Method 2: String + ruler
- Wrap string around your finger (snug, not tight).
- Mark where it overlaps.
- Measure the length in mm.
- Match to your official size chart (replace table if needed).
