I was not sure what to expect from a smart ring at first, but after using one R02 smart ring for a week now, I am honestly impressed by how much technology fits into such a small, lightweight device. The biggest standout feature is the health tracking. It continuously monitors things like heart rate, sleep quality, and activity levels with surprising accuracy. The sleep insights are incredibly detailed, which has helped me build better habits. Another huge plus is the comfort and quality. Highly recommend.

I love the ring! I ordered a size 9 and it fits perfect! The app has everything you could want on it and for only 23$! You can't tell it is off brand! No problems holding charge I go through maybe 15% a day when I wear it to bed too and it takes about a hour for a full charge.
