Yes! The ring is waterproof and safe to wear while washing your hands, showering, or swimming.

Connect the charging cable to the ring.

Use a standard charging adapter (5V, 1A) and connect the charging cable to the ring. A red light indicates the ring is charging. Green indicates the ring is fully charged.

The count updates only after walking a certain number of steps. For a realtime count please use the Walk sports mode.

Please make sure to use the included cable and a normal charging adapter (5V, 1A), not a fast charger. You can also use your computer to charge the ring.

The app is called Qring and is available on the App Store and the Google App Store.

The sensors on the ring should face the bottom of the finger. We recommend wearing the ring on the index (pointer) finger for the most accurate measurement but it can be worn on the ring finger or the middle finger as well.

Depending on your settings the battery should last 3 to 6 days.

The ring can store data for up to 7 days meaning you don’t have to connect to the app frequently to sync and transfer data (but you can!).

Yes, but please do not use this ring as a substitute for medical advice or clinical grade data.

Switch to the “Sleep” tab in the app, press the three dots in the top-right corner and tap “Goal Setting.”
